Rev. Dr. Charles Fosu-Ayarkwah is a distinguished educational administrator and an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. As Principal of Kibi Presbyterian College of Education, he exemplifies a rare blend of academic excellence and spiritual leadership, where scholarship, moral values, and service to humanity mutually reinforce each other.

Under his visionary leadership, the College has witnessed remarkable transformation and growth. Notable achievements include the commissioning of a multipurpose amphitheatre complex, an ultra-modern facilities complex, a 3,000-capacity auditorium, staff and student residential facilities, the KIPCOE Clinic, a modern Principal’s residence, a market, and several other infrastructure projects that have significantly enhanced campus life and academic delivery.

Contributions Beyond the Campus

Beyond institutional development, Rev. Dr. Fosu-Ayarkwah has contributed meaningfully to educational research and international collaboration, particularly in the areas of educational partnerships and educational tourism. His involvement in facilitating Ghana-US academic collaborations has strengthened cross-cultural exchange and resource sharing.

His scholarly work emphasizes action research as a tool for educational improvement, especially in teacher training and curriculum delivery. Central to his philosophy is the integration of moral and spiritual values into education, reflecting his dual calling as an educator and minister of the gospel.

Ministry, Service, and Community Development

As a seasoned minister and member of the Grace Evangelistic Team, Rev. Dr. Ayarkwah combines Presbyterian theology with Pentecostal and Charismatic principles, making his ministry impactful both locally and internationally. His ministry focuses on evangelism, youth mentorship, care for the elderly and widowed, educational support for the underprivileged, and moral guidance for young people.

In addition to his academic and ministerial roles, he serves as a Board Member of Akuapem Rural Bank PLC and the Board Chairman of Kibi Technical Institute, further extending his influence in community and institutional development.
