MANILA, Philippines, AUGUST 17, 2026 – A new chapter in international academic cooperation was inaugurated today as the Philippine Christian University (PCU) and Kibi Presbyterian College of Education (KPCE) in Ghana formalised a landmark partnership with the signing of an International Satellite Campus and Academic Cooperation Agreement. This historic Memorandum of Agreement ((MOA) sets the stage for the creation of a PCU Satellite Sub-Campus and Learning Hub in Kyebi, Eastern Region, Ghana. The collaboration aims to revolutionalise access to advanced degree programmes, professional training, and research opportunities for students and educators across Ghana and other African countries. The signing ceremony, held at PCU in Manila, showcased a shared vision of academic excellence and global competitiveness. The agreement was signed by Rev. Dr. Charles Fosu-Ayarkwah, Principal of KPCE and President of PCU. Both leaders emphasized a shared commitment to academic excellence, global competencies, and cross-cultural collaboration.
